Yes, we are delivering pan-India with all the precautions and rules & regulations being followed.

Mandatory temperature checks, sanitisation of the manufacturing premises, wearing of masks, gloves & a face shield, use of sanitisers and physical 6 feet distancing between all employees; are just some of the precautions we’re taking to make sure Pintola products reach you sanitised and safe.

Yes, all our products are gluten free.

No, not all Pintola products are vegan.

All Pintola products are 100% freshly made. We generally make the products on order basis.
Manufacturing date and expiry date are clearly mentioned on all Pintola products.

We make Pintola All Natural Organic Peanut Butter from certified organic peanuts for which we have NPOP certifications from different regulatory authorities for that. Whereas Pintola All Natural Peanut Butter is made from regular high quality peanuts.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards & Net Banking.

You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found the 'My Account' section on the website.

As these are grocery food items, we are not accepting returns.
However, if there is damage to the product package and leakage has happened during logistics, we'll look into the issue once you provide the evidence pictures with your concerned complain.

Generally, it will take 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered depending on your location.
